Bastian Sacher
Managing Director
has been familiar with XINFO since childhood. As a industrial engineer, he worked for twelve years in senior positions in the industry, most recently as production manager at a mid-sized machine manufacturer.
Since 2020, he has been part of the management team at XINFO, passionately contributing his practical industry expertise to the consulting and optimization of customer processes.
Wieland Sacher
Company founder, namesake, and consultant
first came into contact with complex data sets as a physicist at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics.
In 1995, he founded XINFO and turned his passion into a profession: discovering, understanding, and linking customer data.
Since the beginning of 2025, he is no longer serving as managing director and has handed over the day-to-day operations to his son Bastian.
